Sony looking into The Last of Us PS4 discount for those with a PS3 copy

The Last of Us Remastered may be offered at a discount for those who already own the PlayStation 3 version of the post-apocalyptic adventure.

Sony’s Eric Monacelli indicated on the EU PlayStation Blog that the company is considering such a move.

“We’re looking into the business model for all this and will post about this once we have input from all regions," he said.

Elsewhere, he revealed that the PS4 release of Naughty Dog’s action-adventure will include the just-announced Grounded Bundle -- the final piece of DLC for The Last of Us.

Those of you holding out for the introduction of co-op however will be disappointed: it's not on the cards.

The Last of Us Remastered is scheduled for release this summer, with rumors pointing to a June 20 launch.
