The Uncharted movie finally gets a release date

Just a week after we learned that the Uncharted movie was set to begin filming in early 2015, Sony Pictures has announced that the movie is going to be released on June 10, 2016. Despite this announcement, there still isn’t a star attached to play Nathan Drake, though we know Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses, Identity Thief) will direct.

If you were curious, Sony Pictures delayed The Amazing Spider-Man 3 to 2018, while The Sinister Six was given a release date of November 11, 2016.

The next Uncharted game, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, will release in 2015.
